Glad to read your comments!

I just got off the phone from talking with Rob Saxe about Tomato Blogs. He had already taken a look at my TypePad blog, which I started in late August. He was not a hard sell type person, in fact originally he said I might want to just stick with what I have.

As our conversation continued and he got a little more information out of me (I wasn't hiding anything, just not saying the right things). He discovered that I have good search engine results and I am getting leads from my main website, but not as many good quality leads as I would like. He decided to take a look at my main website as well as my blog. He's going to do some analysis and get back to me on Monday to help me determine whether I have a website problem or if it may be something else.

Whether I end up with a Tomato Blog or not, I want to add to your tribute - Customer Service

1) Quick response to my inquiry
2) Honesty about what I may or may not need
3) Willing to take a deeper look at what I have

Wonderful way to do business!
